Finance Innovation: TFI Power adopts a blended financing approach combining equity, debt and carbon financing. We convert Internationally Transferred Mitigation Outcomes (ITMOs) into
project finance support, effectively subsidizing the cost of capital for
green infrastructure.

Mitigation: TFI Power has a substantial 200MW project pipeline with
industrial partners, specifically designed to
mitigate their carbon footprint and provide cost-competitive, clean
