Volta Resources is a junior minerals exploration and mining company that aspires to be the next major mining story to emerge from West Africa.

Volta Resources holds a gold concession covering an area of over 70 square kilometres in Ghana. The concession is located 25 square kilometers southwest of Anglo-gold Ashanti’s Obuasi Mines (with reserves of 30-35 million-ounces) and 6 kilometers north of Perseus Mining’s Edikan Mines (with reserves of 7 million-ounces).

Volta has undertaken geo-chemical and geo-physical exploration and will be commencing exploration drilling programs to delineate the ore volume and grade.
