Nana Sarfo Prempeh

Nana is the founder and board member at TFI Group. Graduating with a dual degree in Economics & International Relations from Tufts University in Boston, he was a derivatives analyst for Credit Suisse in Hong Kong and IDEA Advisory Partners in Singapore, founding the Tokyo branch. Post IDEA, Nana founded Global Netrade Securities, becoming the first licensed foreigner by the Japanese FSA as a Broker/Dealer. The company was acquired in buyout by Shinsei Bank, a unit of the private equity firm, Ripplewood Holdings LLC. Nana then established ISOMAX Holdings Japan, a developer of passive energy buildings – utilising solar heat and geothermics as primary energy sources.

Stephen Adu

Stephen is a board member at TFI Group. He was the CEO of Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) for fifteen years, from its inception in 1997 until 2013. Prior to that he was a founder member and financial controller of Ghana Leasing Company, which was established in 1992 as the first leasing company in Ghana. Stephen holds a BSc. Admin from the University of Ghana, Legon and an MBA from Aston Business School in Birmingham, UK.

Elom Fugar

Elom is a board member at TFI Group. He was the CEO of Takoradi Steel Company Limited and contractor for phase 1 of the Takoradi Logistics Platform, for the development of Ghana’s first dedicated oil and gas base and logistics hub for offshore supply vessels for Funko Lagoon Development Company; a PPP between SSNIT and Gulf Western Group valued at US$59million. Mr. Fugar also worked with KPMG in the Financial Services, Energy & Government subdivision of the Audit & Assurance Department, involved in due-diligence, corporate policy reviews, and financial services focused on banking, finance and energy.

Daniel Levy

Daniel is a director at TFI Power. Daniel holds an M.Sc. in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris, France. His expertise spans 15 years of restructuring for businesses, projects, Private Equity, and family offices. He has held extensive executive roles with concessionaires across West Africa, directing restructuring of large-scale operations for over 20 international agencies (most publicly listed). Daniel is also a director of development interventions, leading economic research for the World Bank, a Think Tank for USAID, and private-sector implementation for the UN, GAC, Gates and many more, focused on macro & micro-economic research, policy, and finance for economic growth.
