Mr. Levy is a seasoned investment strategist with deep expertise across multiple asset classes and geographies. His work centers on de-risking investments in critical sectors to unlock sustainable value in **emerging markets, cross-border trade, and MSME development. In the **impact finance and climate bond space, he helped raise a US$200 million dual-continent climate bond supported by the World Bank, Lloyds, and Morgan Stanley during his tenure at ReSeed a milestone in mobilizing capital for climate resilience and green growth. - Led global agricultural program design and operations, managing partnerships across North America, Europe, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Mr. Levy strategically supported the CEO in raising the $200 million dual-continent climate bond. He facilitated de-risking strategies for corporate partnerships with leading organizations, including Mondelez, Nestlé, Unilever, Apple, and IKEA Foundation.

- Served as Senior Technical Specialist, directing a US$500 million economic-recovery portfolio across five countries. Mr. Levy’s work involved aligning 30+ donor institutions and ministries, restructuring program operations during political transitions, and designing $45 million in agricultural micro-finance and investment schemes. Mr. Levy developed a proprietary ‘Blended Value Alignment Framework’ to position capital according to ‘risk-return-impact preference,’ enhancing systemic stability.
- Partner for Investment Restructuring, Vital Capital Fund (2018–2021)
- Mr. Levy worked within Vital Capital’s $350 million West Africa-focused impact fund. He led the restructuring of a portfolio group of distressed companies, raising an additional $100 million in capital and increasing IRR by up to 60% for underperforming assets. He instituted audit-ready IFRS controls, led comprehensive cost and risk analyses, and maintained fiduciary responsibility for project assets.

- Managing Director, Australian Exploration Drilling Company: Executed a turnaround from bankruptcy to an eight-figure exit by instituting rigorous financial and operational controls and securing Liberia’s largest drilling contract.
- Investment Director, CMR (Private-Equity Family Office): Managed approximately $120 million in assets, achieving a 200% increase in annual recurring revenue and reducing operating expenses by over 25% through supply-chain optimization.

He also pioneered:- Médecins Sans Frontière’s (MSF) Ebola response in Liberia, including the country’s largest medical supply facilities, the first children’s hospital with over 100 beds, securing over $5 million in infrastructure;
- A.P.-Moller Maersk’s Ebola response in Liberia designing over 200 quarantine housing units, in partnership with the Ministry of Health;
- Aspen Medical’s leverage buyout of medical facilities, establishing their first regional West African hub, the first medical facilities for ex-patriate level care and partnerships with the World Health Organization (WHO), MSF to create the first air evacuation services during the Ebola outbreak.
