Nana Kofi Sarfo Prempeh is a pioneering entrepreneur and leader with a distinguished international career spanning investment banking, fast-moving consumer goods, and renewable energy. He specializes in originating, developing, and financing critical infrastructure and natural resource assets across Emerging and Developing Economies (EMDEs).

Nana Prempeh's investment philosophy is rooted in identifying and executing strategic opportunities that drive sustainable transformation for host communities and national economies. A dual heritage of tradition and global acumen, Nana Prempeh is also a respected Traditional Leader and member of the Asante royal family of Ghana. He holds degrees in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University in the United States.

Nana Prempeh possesses a rare fusion of strategic vision and fiduciary discipline—a combination consistently proven through his diverse track record of creating and realizing enterprise value.

He launched his career at Credit Suisse, where his derivatives team delivered consistently above-market order book performance. This experience forged his foundational expertise in complex risk management and quantitative analysis.

He later founded Global Netrade Securities (GNET), a firm that revolutionized cross-border equity trading. By introducing real-time electronic platforms and T+1 settlements, GNET dramatically boosted capital efficiency, culminating in its acquisition by Ripplewood Holdings for $11 million within just two years—demonstrating his proven ability to build and exit high-value ventures.

Nana Prempeh also founded Mama Butter, a pioneering natural cosmetics brand that introduced shea butter as a core skincare ingredient to the Japanese market. Under his leadership, the brand achieved nationwide retail distribution across 5,000 outlets before being successfully acquired by BxE Corporation.
